About
California Right to Life grew from a grassroots movement in the 1970s focussed on educating the public about human embryology, life in the womb, and the sanctity and intrinsic value of each human life. Camille Giglio organized those early efforts and served as California Right to Life’s founding director after its incorporation in 1981.
As California laws relaxed to allow the destruction of innocent human beings through not only abortion, but also embryonic stem cell research and physician-assisted suicide, California Right to Life has expanded its educational work to reach the public through displays, dissemination of literature, and conversation at college and high school campuses, churches, malls, and in the public square.

We envision a society in which the inherent dignity and right to life of all human beings is recognized and protected by law.
