Keep abortion out of pharmacies

In January 2023, the FDA removed safety protocols for the abortion pill, ending the requirement for an in-person visit with a physician before taking the abortion pill and allowing the abortion pill to be sold at pharmacies. Walgreens and CVS quickly announced their intention to go into the abortion business, and Rite Aid followed their lead. All three pharmacy chains plan to sell the abortion pill regimen.

What you can do:

  1. Boycott Walgreens, CVS, and Rite Aid. Switch your prescriptions to a different pharmacy and do your shopping elsewhere.

  2. Call Walgreens, CVS, and Rite Aid and let them know you’re boycotting them until they cut ties with the abortion industry.

  3. Spread the word! Post on social media and print fliers to distribute at school, at church, or at Walgreens, CVS, and Rite Aid locations. You can hand them to customers, leave fliers on cars in the parking lot, or discreetly leave fliers on empty shelf space in the aisles. You are allowed to be on the pharmacy property until asked to leave.
