California Permanently Barred From Forcing Pregnancy Centers to Promote Abortion

On October 26 a U.S. District judge issued an order permanently barring the state of California from enforcing AB 775. Although this victory was assured when the U.S. Supreme Court issued its landmark decision in NIFLA v Becerra at the end of the last session, a final order had to be entered to end California’s attempt to bully pro-life pregnancy centers into advertising for abortion.
